About Healing Waters
As a community we weave together the magic of water with participatory music, dance & movement practices, ritual, grief work, and immerse ourselves in nature. We will co-create a container for expression, somatic exploration, aquatic investigation and healing.

Our classes and ceremonies will focus on accessing the depths of ourselves, creating exponential healing through community therapy, and shining light into the darkest places.
At Healing Waters, we empower participants to access their gifts and share their personal medicine bundles. Through this model of community therapy we can leave a big impact on each other’s lives enabling the healing medicine that we all carry to ripple out into the world.

The Water’s Edge as Your Dance Partner & Grief Exploration
Explore the edge of the water in solo and partner dances. Find the places of above & below in your aquatic dance where we investigate gravity, floating, the space between realms, and the influence of gravity on movements below the surface.

Introduction to Aguahara: The Basics of Floating a Body
Surrender and be held. Hold and nurture another. In this experiential workshop, you will get a hands-on intro to the basics of surface work in Aguahara.

CommUnity Synchronization Aquatic Free Stretch
Move your body however you need to in the water. Stretch, dance, shake on your own or with a friend! Water stretch and exercise props provided and creative guidance available.

Our sliding scale enables those who have abundance to support Healing Waters in our mission to make this more accessible to our lower income, BIPOC, LGTBQ+, and single parent participants.
A limited number of discounted tickets are available for those who need some assistance to attend this event.

Early Arrival
Arrive on Thursday before the retreat officially opens for a small additional fee ($77). Includes camping, community dinner, and access to The Inner Sanctum's property and facilities.
Aguahara and land based bodywork sessions will be available between 4-8pm on Thursday to help you relax and settle in. Options and pricing will be sent out the month before the retreat.
Sponsorship Fund & Tickets
We will offer a few reduced-price tickets for people with challenging life circumstances, limited accessibility, and/or financial hardship.

The Inner Sanctum is a Spiritual Temple, Warm Water Sanctuary and Community Gathering Space devoted to embodied awakening and deepening connection with self, other, and spirit through love, touch, music, dance, and human connection.

Healing Waters Policies:
Inclusivity: We welcome people of all races, genders, body types, physicality, age (18 and over), sexual identity and orientation, etc.
Consent and Boundaries: We empower all participants to state their own boundaries and require that you respect each others' as well.
Nudity: You may choose to be topless/nude on the front patio or in the sauna (Please sit on a towel). We ask that participants wear swimsuits for all class sessions and dance jams.
Sensual Expression: As the nature of investigation in water can be sensual, expression of this experience is often present. This is a touch-positive, consent-oriented, intimate space where people may hold each other close, snuggle, and heal though conscious touch.
Sexual activity: To keep our container comfortable for everyone & focused on our aquatic investigations and healing, we ask that sexual activity be contained to your tent/car/RV.
Drugs & Alcohol: No drugs or alcohol, please. Cannabis friendly, fire conscious (Please only smoke in our smoking area.)
Pets: We ask that you not bring your pets. There may be one older dog on site at the Inner Sanctum.
Children: This retreat is an 18 and over event.
Deal Breaker: It is critical that we all do our part in creating a safe container for all participants’ healing journeys. If any action taken by a participant conflicts with Healing Waters/ Inner Sanctum's Policies, choosing to do so may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
Refund policy
50% of total cost is refundable before May 15th
Non-refundable, after May 15th
Future-event credit may be granted for illness, serious injuries or emergencies
If you cannot make it for any reason you are also welcome to sell or transfer your ticket to another person. You must notify the Healing Waters team to finalize any ticket transfers.
Event cancellation policy:
If we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a place at a future event or a refund.
COVID-19 Precautions and Policies:
We will be gathering largely in outdoor spaces. The nature of this event is for human interaction and most classes will have close contact, so please do not come if you are sick. Refunds will be given for cancellations due to transmittable illness or COVID-related symptoms. We may ask for a doctor’s note. Thank you for your integrity. We ask for your assistance in maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of the communal spaces.
